Delete your account
Use this page to permanently delete your PatrolX Techaccount if you can no longer sign in. Subscribers and patrol officers can also delete their account directly from the mobile app (Profile → Delete my account).
What happens when you delete
- Your profile, photos and incident comments are removed immediately.
- Incident reports you posted (patrol officers only) remain in the suburb record for audit purposes, with your name removed.
- You will receive a confirmation email. Your suburb security admin is also notified so re-onboarding is easy if the deletion was accidental.
- Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Admin accounts (super_admin and security_admin) cannot be deleted via this form. Contact PatrolX Tech support at support@patrolxtech.com instead.
